Critical Mass exists to support the healers, teachers, and guides working at the tipping point of personal and collective transformation.
We are a practitioner-led platform built on connection, collaboration, and education. Our space is designed to serve two key purposes: to support the well-being and professional growth of those holding space for others, and to make holistic and spiritual practices more accessible and understandable to the public.
Through community gatherings, practitioner events, and public education, we work to bridge the gap between ancient wisdom and modern life—grounding spiritual work in integrity, clarity, and real-world application.
The name Critical Mass reflects the moment when energy, awareness, or action reaches a tipping point – creating the potential for meaningful change. We believe the healers, teachers, and guides gathered here are part of that shift.

Tara Kiprik, owner of Cosmic Connections, is a certified Level 2 QHHT Practitioner and Quantum Healer dedicated to helping others unlock their innate wisdom and healing potential. Shunda Jenkins
Shunda Jenkins is a certified Access Consciousness® Bars Practitioner and Meditation Practitioner dedicated to helping others create lives filled with joy, peace, and abundance. With a deep love for storytelling and writing since childhood, she blends intuitive healing with practical tools for transformation. Her sessions support clients in releasing limitations, finding inner clarity, and becoming a source of inspiration for others. Guided by the motto “leave the world better than you found it,” Shunda brings heart, purpose, and authenticity to everything she does.
Lee-Anne Flack
Lee-Anne Flack is a holistic healer and founder of Revathi Healing, offering Reiki, sound healing, Ayurvedic massage, mantra therapy, chakra activation, and intuitive tools like palmistry, numerology, and crystal healing. With nearly a decade of experience and time spent living in temples in South Africa and India, she supports deep healing through a blend of ancient wisdom and grounded care.
