A COLLECTIVE OF GLOBAL PRACTITIONERS CATALYZING CONSCIOUS CHANGE
A Collective of Global Practitioners Catalyzing Conscious Change
WHAT IS CRITICAL MASS
Critical Mass is not just a community or education hub. It’s a living mechanism for global course correction. It embodies the moment right before the tipping point, where those who feel the shift are being gathered to help guide it toward balance, integrity, and wholeness.
Critical Mass exists to gather and mobilize those who carry awareness of the shift — healers, teachers, guides, change makers, and everyday people — to restore balance within humanity by reawakening the values of yin consciousness: reflection, compassion, collaboration, and collective care.
Founded by Tam Dillon through a strong ancestral calling, Critical Mass began as a space to unite healers globally, reduce isolation, and reconnect people to nature-honouring, balanced ways of living and working.
Today, it serves as a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern systems, offering practical tools, grounded education, and spaces for genuine human connection.
The platform centres collaboration and structure so this work becomes visible, trusted, and effective in the modern world — not as an ideal, but as a lived and organised practice of the shift itself.

Mission
Critical Mass brings people together across cultures and traditions to strengthen community, deepen understanding, and support humanity’s transition toward a more balanced and conscious world.
We create inclusive spaces where teachers, healers, guides, medicine people, shamans, elders, and seekers can develop skills, share knowledge, and engage in grounded dialogue that bridges the sacred with the everyday.
We serve the public with clear, practical education that reduces misinformation and builds trust. As a global initiative, we reinvest resources into training, mentoring, community upliftment, partner projects, and professional development.
We believe awareness must lead to action. Through collective projects and collaborations, we turn shared understanding into tangible steps toward cultural, social, and ecological balance.

Our Three Pillars
Community Connection
Spaces for dialogue, belonging, and coherence — where people come together across backgrounds to listen, reflect, and remember our shared humanity.
Education & Exploration
Programs that help practitioners and the public engage spirituality with clarity and practicality. They cultivate discernment, integrity, and deeper understanding of the sacred and the everyday.
Collaboration & The Shift
Collective initiatives, partnerships, and community projects that translate shared consciousness into tangible change — restoring balance, integrity, and care in the systems we live within.
Together these pillars form one rhythm — connection, learning, action.
What We Do
We strengthen practice, deepen understanding, and foster collaboration.
We offer training, mentoring, and skill-building for practitioners, and practical education for the public that demystifies spirituality and reduces misinformation.
We host conversations, circles, panels, and collaborative events across traditions.
We build partnerships that expand access to resources and create tangible benefit in the communities we serve.

Ethos and Values
Critical Mass operates from a consciousness of restoration — restoring integrity, restoring relationship, and restoring balance between humanity and nature.
We honour lineage without erasing it. We respect culture, lived experience, and diverse paths. We prioritise clarity, integrity, accountability, and measurable outcomes. We integrate time-tested practices into contemporary contexts without romanticising, extracting, or diluting them.
Origin Story
Critical Mass began as a call that followed Tam Dillon across countries and seasons. Shortly after she moved to the US in 2020, the ancestors pressed her to bring healers together. She began locally by forming the Upstate Healers Collaborative in 2022 with practitioner Angela Lewis. It was a meaningful start, but it became clear the work needed a global frame, not a regional one.
She stepped back in 2023 while recovering from burnout, yet the call never eased. By late 2024 it became insistent. She tested a small online group, but the format had no life. What brought clarity was a simple image: a world map in black and gold, dotted with points of light, with a clear instruction to go and find the practitioners who carried real depth and bring them into one space.
Founding and Ancestral Calling
Critical Mass was named in honour of Tam’s older brother, who first spoke to her about the world reaching a tipping point — a moment when enough people hold the same frequency and intention for collective change to take root. She later heard versions of this teaching across cultures and traditions. It became a steady thread in her path
How the Organisation Took Shape
Critical Mass grew as Tam gathered the first committee, shaped the early conversations, and designed structures that could hold a global community with care. What began as a small idea is now a collective of practitioners, elders, and wisdom carriers dedicated to supporting the shift toward a more conscious and grounded way of being.
