Corinne Kerston is a Strategic Planner and Project Manager for spiritual entrepreneurs and visionary coaches who are ready to turn big ideas into real momentum. She helps take expansive visions and translate them into grounded plans, clear priorities, and systems that support growth in a steady and structured way.
With over 15 years in the online space, Corinne has guided founders through launches, marketing strategy, and backend operations. Through this work, she recognised a consistent pattern: many talented practitioners were having to constantly regulate themselves because their businesses lacked clarity and stability.
This led her to develop the 3F Framework—Foundation, Flow, Freedom—a model designed to create structural stability while allowing for growth and expansion. Her work supports clients in moving from reactive and scattered approaches into clear, manageable systems that hold both their vision and their capacity.
CORINNE’S ROLE WITHIN CRITICAL MASS
Corinne serves as the Admin Manager for Critical Mass. She was brought into this role for her strong background in planning, organisation, and operational structure, as well as her ability to bring clarity to complex and evolving systems.
Within Critical Mass, Corinne supports the internal organisation of the collective, helping ensure that processes, timelines, and moving parts are clearly structured and manageable. She works closely with the Chair and team to maintain consistency, improve flow, and support the ongoing development of the organisation in a steady, sustainable way. Her presence helps translate vision into practical execution while keeping the work grounded and coordinated.
