AUTHORITY, PROJECTION AND THE SUBTLE RECREATING OF HIERACHY – HEALER ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSIONS

AUTHORITY, PROJECTION AND THE SUBTLE RECREATING OF HIERACHY - HEALER ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSIONS

With Host Danie Muniz @daniecmuniz And Guests Heather Zimmerman @divineascensionco, Natalia Dekine and Tam Dillon @tamdillon

Authority and projection are natural dynamics within healing spaces, particularly for clients coming from structured or high-control belief systems. This episode explores how these patterns arise and how they can quietly shape the practitioner-client relationship. The conversation examines how clients may place practitioners in positions of authority, seeking certainty, validation, or direction without fully recognising it.
Panelists discuss how projection develops, how it shows up in real time, and how easily hierarchy can be recreated even in spaces intended to support empowerment and autonomy. This roundtable invites practitioners to work with transparency and humility, remaining clear on their role while supporting clients in reclaiming their own authority, perception, and decision-making.
The focus is on creating spaces where guidance does not replace discernment, and where power is not centralised but returned to the individual.

ABOUT OUR PANELISTS

Heather Zimmerman is the founder of Divine Ascension Co., where she integrates behavioural psychology and spiritual practice to support individuals navigating awakening and personal change. With a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Penn State and a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University, she brings over 20 years of experience across behavioural health, service, and leadership environments.
Her work is informed by both clinical training and intuitive practice, including energy work, Akashic Records, and inner child work. She focuses on supporting empaths and highly sensitive individuals in developing grounded, practical integration rather than surface-level understanding. Through her sessions, programs, and podcast, she brings a structured and accessible approach to complex inner work.

Natalia Dekine

Natalia Dekine is an intuitive and certified healer whose work is shaped by her lived experience through illness, spiritual transformation, and deep personal change. With a background as a lay minister in the Christian church, her path has led her to explore spirituality beyond structured systems and into more direct, embodied connection. Her work focuses on how hierarchy and authority can be unconsciously recreated within healing spaces, particularly through projection and practitioner-client dynamics. Rather than positioning herself as an expert, she facilitates spaces that support individuals in reconnecting with their own perception, intuition, and sense of agency.
