In this update, Tam Dillon shares what’s unfolding at Critical Mass as we move into Quarter 2 of 2026.
Alongside a brief overview of this quarter’s theme, Religious Deconstruction and the Movement Toward Healthy Spirituality, Tam shares several important developments happening behind the scenes as the collective continues to grow and expand.
Critical Mass now has a fully established committee, with all roles filled, including the addition of Admin Manager Corinne Kerston, who is helping strengthen the operational structure of the organization. There are also several website updates underway, including a streamlined membership area and the addition of a learning management system that will support the development of educational courses in the future.
Tam also introduces the upcoming Practitioner Revitalization Program, an initiative designed to support spiritual practitioners in building sustainable, well-structured businesses. The program will bring together a team of experienced professionals who can help practitioners strengthen the foundations of their work and move toward greater stability.
Additional partner benefits are also being developed, providing members with access to services, resources, and support from aligned professionals. Quarter 2 marks an important milestone for Critical Mass as the organization is now operating under fiscal sponsorship as a nonprofit initiative. This allows the collective to receive donations and grants that support its mission, community programs, and future projects.
Critical Mass is growing into a larger and more connected global community, and those who resonate with the mission are invited to support the work through membership, participation, or donations.
